All date stoired on the server is encrypted. netMD.ca offers an extra layer of security with strong user authentication, which greatly reduces the risk of hackers stealing usernames and passwords. We also automatically encrypt browser sessions with SSL. This helps protect your data as it travels between your browser and our server.

Your data is maintained on our servers locally in Calgary. The data is backed up hourly to a dedicated backup server.

netMD allows you to connect from any internet enabled computer to enter and submit your claims for payment by Alberta Health & Wellness. We expect that the responsive screens will also support personal devices such as tablets.

With support for most modern browsers and internet enabled devices you can rest assured your claims will be submitted accurately and securely.

Fast Accurate Claim Entry

Get your claims entered and submitted quickly and accurately with netMD. When starting a new claim the form is populated with your claim entry defaults. The data persists to the next claim and can be accepted or overwritten. All key fields such as healthcare numbers, service codes, diagnostic codes are validated against AHC rules and tables. You can search for service codes and diagnostic codes by code or by description. The goal is to create a valid claim right from the start.
